Our Story
305 is a family-owned restaurant, cocktail lounge, and wine bar created by Owner and Executive Chef Mike Fisher and his daughter, Owner and Chief Mixologist Jordan Fisher. Drawing on Mike’s Italian heritage, the Fisher family’s culinary tradition began with his mother and brother who was a former head chef at a Michelin-recognized French restaurant in San Francisco and was passed down to Mike’s daughters, Jordan and Taylor. After opening Ember Coffee Works, also known as Toasty Ember, in downtown Fortville in October 2025, the family transformed the former Wine Garage into 305, opening in June 2026. Longtime Fortville residents, the Fishers are proud to invest in the community and its historic, walkable Main Street, creating a gathering place with thoughtful food, curated wine, craft cocktails, and intentional evenings.
